Chris Ryan Haddock and his parents Brenda and Bernard Jackson of Largo/Clearwater Florida will pull a classical renters scam on you. They will pay 1 month rent then squat and refuse to pay any further. When you try to evict them they lie to the courts and obtain a 'Emergency stay of writ of posession' which allow them to stay up to a year RENT FREE. They did this and lived rent-free for 30 months, or 2 1/2 years until final eviction on 7/22/2011! Why they do not apply for Section 8 is not known.
To see the damage they did to one landlords life see RipoffReport # 466665. That report has gone on over 2 years until eviction finally took place on 7/22/2011. Yes these people lived 30 months without paying a dime in rent to anyone. As retaliation to being evicted in July 2011, Chris Ryan Haddock has created false retalitory reports on this site as revenge for being thrown out. See RipoffReport #'s 486419 and 765321. This man is a monster!
Brenda and Bernard are not felons so pass background checks, though when their mentally deranged son Chris Ryan Haddock moves in all hell breaks loose. Police are called all the time, false reports and 'great stories' of how cruel you are for harassing them trying to evict them. These false reports are then used against you despite no valid proof except their 'word', which is worthless. Chris Ryan Haddock has over 20 financial judgements against him from the courts in Pinellas County.
Chris Ryan Haddock knows the laws very well, as has been the subject of nearly a dozen Domestic/Repeat Violence injunctions. His M.O. as the attacker is to intimidate his victims, and when the victims seek an injunction against him he harasses them to no end despite the law. Over two dozen victims have been hurt due to this man.
Chris Ryan Haddock has 30+ cases of being arrested and/or convicted in multiple States of everything from stealing electricity, phone service, grand theft, phone harassment, personal harassment, writing bad checks,Domestic and Repeat Violence, will set apartment fires to claim victim status. He spent 3 years in prison for stealing others personal information to obtain credit cards/cash. Do not let his powerful presentation fool you. Chris Ryan Haddock has not worked a day in his life or possess a drivers license. At 37 years old this shows how good of a liar he is to have gone so long.
Never ever let this man obtain your phone number or address or he will trash you on the internet, set up phony accounts and plaster your good name into all kinds of 'people finder' databases. He will then set up a vonage account to use your phone number to make false 9-1-1 calls, then send police to bang on your door with unsubstantiated claims which wastes everybodys time. All because Chris Ryan Haddock did not get what he wanted to live free. He is a monster!
These people will sweet talk you, sign documents, make promises and then drain you bank account as you lose rental income while you try to evict them. Chris Ryan Haddock will eventually end up in any residence of Brenda and Bernard Jackson so the easiest way to prevent being screwed is to never ever rent to them. Don't risk your bank account or waste legal fees - NEVER EVER RENT TO THESE PEOPLE.

Docket info from Pinellas County Florida Clerk of Court website shows Chris Haddock was charged with 3 FELONY counts of 'criminal misuse of personal information' - thats 3 people who are victims of his. Also a Grand Theft charge too.
Chris Haddock did the 'Duck-Dodge-Weave' manuever and claimed mental incompitence. After the State evaluators said he was competant, Chris Haddock's lawyer found a doctor who said he was not competant to stand trial for his crimes.
So now Chris Haddock is in a Florida DCF (Department of Children and Families) mental facility. After spending one month at said facility a hearing determined Chris Haddock was still not fit to stand trial - and the next hearing is set for February 5th 2015.
Chris Haddock is a master manipulator who preys on people in bad situations and pulls the con artist tactics. He helps you out until he is able to pull a fast one and leave YOU holding the bag while he gets the good stuff. His past history of mental issues creates sympathy from others so he never pays a price. If you cross him or do not give him what he wants he calls police to stress you out and cause more problems - over nothing.
It takes a great actor or actress to be so convincing. He and anyone playing his dangerous game of con artistry are extremely dangerous and not to be believed. Criminals he and his like are.
Everyone on this thread is A VICTIM OF CHRIS HADDOCK.
As Chris Haddock spent 3 years in Florida Prison for the same 'Fraudulent use of anothers personal information', if convicted of these 3 current charges and the Grand Theft - he stands to go back to prison for a few more years. No wonder he choce the mental institution - far better than prison.
Until the next hearing to determine if he can stand trial, Chris Haddock is off the streets. This man destroys families and hurts kids .. anyone who he can throw under the bus to get what he wants.
You have all been warned. This man is a menace and not to be trusted - or find out yourself at your own peril.

Jonathan had of made this report do not recommend Jonathan F Richards to work on your computer or landlord. Do to Jonathans ways people some times cant keep up with him hes very good at stocking a number of people. He had the power shut of at Chriss home a number of times and stolen Chriss computer with every thing in it so that Jonathan can put info on the internet and use ip addresses to get people in to truble and drive from Tampa and do it and set in hes car why every one is asleep thats wered. For the bernard and Brenda was not put out they moved long before.
There is nothing on there credit report showing that ever been thrown out they do have a gooood record were they stay at now never had any one stay there so long and pay there Bills on time for a long time. And by the way the person that lives next door to the the Jacksons works at apartment complex had help Chris get in a aptartment there Chris payes is rent on time every mouth and never mist a payment chriss apt was put to gether very nice there they have good managers and good neighbors to. So they do have good record paying rent. evey thing is payed on time some landlords cant get that most times. very thankful. They steel live there wishing that the Jacksons never move the only people that payed rent on time for a number of years.
