Chris Souris Wire Fraud, Falsified business information , disappeared and will not return any calls or emails East Peoria IL

I purchased an online business from this individual at the beginning of January 2019.  He had it for sale on one of the online business listing services.  I agreed to put 25 thousand dollars down and he was going to finance the remaining balance over an unspecified period of time.  Shortly after sending the wire he became ill with pneumonia than said he was hospitalized.  This went on for about a month. 

Every time we were to have the "training" so I could take over the website and start making money another excuse would come up.   The last one was his exterior internet wiring.   It has been over two weeks since his phone didn't go straight to voicemail.  I have tried contacting this person 25 times.  I contacted authorize.net and they confirmed the info on a screen shot the seller submitted were false. 

In addition to the 25k he convinced me to send another $3300 to cover his google adwords expense since google charged his credit card for an entire year of advertising.   I did receive the domain name homeworkusa.com in my domain registration account but the domain is utterly worthless with all the training etc that was promised.  I would never do business with this scammer.  I have contacted IL state AG office, FBI crime and fraud division and also have retained an attorney.
