Christian Miles StomsVik One Love Studio One Love Wedding Studio, Christian-Miles StomsVik / Photography Wedding Photographer who never delivers weddding albums paid for and ordered New York, New York

I used Christian Miles StomsVik as my wedding photographer in October 2004 and still have not received the wedding albums I designed with him, ordered, and paid for.  I am also listed in the wedding section of Christian's website, although the link to our photos through dotphoto is no longer available so I cannot even view my pictures online anymore.

We remained in close touch with frequent meetings, even "friends" (I thought) for a little over a year, for the time that it took me to pick the photos, design the album, and pay for it.  Since the day I paid, Christian became very difficult to reach.  Our last correspondence was probably at the end of 2006 or start of 2007 when finally every couple of months we spoke only with my repeated daily calls, then finally upon reaching him, Christian claimed to be having a series of serious health issues and said he was in and out of the hospital.  We remained in occasional touch during his supposed "illness" until finally I never heard from him again, I assumed he died but never knew.  That last time we corresponded he said the album I ordered could possibly have been delivered to his studio but, he was in the hospital and there was no one able to get into his studio. I begged him to find anyone in his family to help get that album to me, never heard back.

I sent repeated emails and made numerous phone calls over the next couple/several years, NEVER getting a return phone call even though his cell phone still had his name and outgoing voice mail message on it, and the mailbox was never full, so I had hope.  

I have tried occasionally over the years to find any information about Christian since I loved the work he did on our wedding, and would just love to get the amazing album that I ordered from him, or a call from him, any of his family members, or anyone who is a part of his business explaining what happened to him and why I have never received my album.  I just found this ripoffreport about him last night so I guess I will try it.

I am ready to look into legal action since it has now been 6 1/2 years since my wedding, and I cannot imagine never getting our album.  I always thought someday he would come through, but after finding this, I am beginning to realize that will only happen with some sort of more aggressive action. 

If this is read by anyone who can help me track down my wedding album, please do not hesitate to contact me.  I really just want to get our albums we paid for.  Christian obviously is struggling mentally and financially if he can take the time he spent with me over the year and a half we where in constant touch and then just never come through with the product.
