I have no idea who this "John" is, but most likely he is a debt collector and angry because I exposed his scummy collection tactics.

Slander is a false statement of fact. I make TRUE statements of fact about collectors, banks, credit bureaus and Fair Isaac. I've sued them and you can read online my federal complaint against over 20 defendants including federal regulators.

If the regulators had acted on my complaints, we wouldn't be in a recession/depression now.

There will always be people like "John" who think that Americans SHOULD give all their money to collectors for the banks.

Christine Baker does little more than bad mouth others and loves such shady characters as John Barrington AKA Palidin and other false screen names and E. Normis Debtor who masquerades under an E.Normis number of other false screen names.

All calling themselves consumer advocates but in reality are no such thing. They have no credibility whatever and are not to be believed.

Christine Baker is nothing more than the wicked witch of credit repair and does indeed operate a number of web sites about how to defraud the credit card companies.

She slanders people and businesses alike in a vain attempt to draw more people to her useless web sites.

JC I am not agreeing with John at all but I dealt with her and have learned very quickly if you do not conform to her way of thinking and doing things you are......and I quote her on this as she said this to me in an email and on her website "a moron". Now why did she call me a moron? Well for starters I solved my collection issue on my own without her help. She said I was out for myself and that is not completely true. Unlike her I did not have time to waste filing disputes for years and having them denied as she had to resolve a collection matter that I resolved on my own in a couple of months. Her answer is to sue everyone and anyone and in the next breath she is saying to contact these same people for help. For instance.....and this is a fact off of her web site...she is suing the FTC for not helping but in turn is telling everyone to ask them for help and gives the phone # of a person to contact. She told me the only reason I resolved my problem was thanks to her but in truth she did nothing for me. I handled my problem on my own without recommendation from her or her assistance. When I brought this to her attention she told me again I was stupid and a moron. So to see people praise her for what she has not done does bother me.

John, your post throws out invective that Ms. Baker slanders companies in furtherance of perpetrating a scam on them, but you do not substantiate these assertions with specific facts, examples, etc. So who's really slandering who here?

If Ms. Baker is really a "low life scam artist", as you put it, how is that so? Where's your proof? How would following her advice make anyone an unwitting participant in her scheme? What has she done that has lead you to this conclusion? What are the other aliases is she operating under? I have always seen her identify herself as "Christine" on her website and I have seen her post to this website, too, under the name -- you guessed it -- "Christine."

Moreover, I have found the information she provides on her website to be very helpful. She explains in simple, no-nonsense terms how, among other things, the consumer can help themselves to clean up their credit report, improve their FICO score and the specific approach to take in fighting the big financial companies, who don't seem to give a d**n about anything anymore except the almighty dollar.

Your post leads me to question your true motive(s) behind your rant and what you have to gain from labelling Ms. Baker as a "fraud." Are you upset at her no-hold-barred approach to the mess that is the mortgage brokering and banking business? Her taking on the credit reporting bureaus and how they slander consumers every single day with false and incomplete reporting and do this with relative impunity?

Get real John. When you can come back with specific facts, rather than making general assertions, someone might listen to you. But until then, what you wrote is simply nothing more than schoolyard name calling.
