I ordered a Christmas tree stand on-line.  It arrived 3 weeks later. It does not fit my artificial tree. I tried to call the 800 number on their website and the local number on their return address for over 5 days. Both numbers are always busy.  I have sent three emails on-line on their live chat.  There is no live chat.  There has been no response.  I am going to refute the charge on my AMEX.
