In 2011, Christopher Sanchez and Patrick Ortiz offered me an opportunity to invest and be part of their food stores concept, Simply Fit Meals. A concept they had started in Austin TX but decided to close to bring it to Dallas.

Not only did I invest and believed in them, but brought other investors to the project to launch these stores. It started with them operating each store individually as opposed to being part of a the holding company, that was the first sign of shadiness in these individuals, but we trusted them.

As time progressed and bad and shady business practices were happening, like taking money from performing stores, which were owned by different individuals as they were seperate entities, and spending it in opening new stores or kitchen owned either by them or other individuals. I may add this was done with no consultation or approval of the different partners of each store.

Since things were simply not progressing they way they should be and the constant questioning of Christoper Sanchez and Patrick Ortiz decisions, we as investors decided to get out and asked them to negotiate a way out and return of our investment.

After years of trying to negotiate, on March 2016 we finnally came to enter, sign and notorize a legal agreement. Knowing the shady moves and history, particularly from Christopher Sanchez after seeing how he operates in the business since 2011, we requested the agreement would be entered not only with the seperate companies (LLC's) but to be guaranteed individually by both, Christopher Sanchez and Patrick Ortiz.

The agreements to pay back in monthly payments for a perido of 3 years (year one with no interest and years 2 & 3 with an interest rate) was signed and agreed As it was to be expected, these shady individuals not only had violated the agreement clause of late payments, they have decidided to close down the stores to avoid continue paying the agreement.

We are now in the process of suing these shady, dishonest thieves and we will make sure the law will punish them for their actions. The intention of this report is for anyone out there considering investing or doing any kind of business with any of these 2 criminals to be aware of them. If you consume at any of their still open locations in Frisco, Allen or Dallas, be aware, you are supporting scam artists that go around ripping people off for money. Do you really want to support thieves in your community?

We will continue updating this report, stay tuned. In the meantime boycot these stores and help us spread the word.

It was a mistake to invest with Christopher

Since I invested in Simply Fit Meals I have never recieved any financial information. There is no transparency here, they will do with your money watever the feel like it, they can use it for the same restaurant or a different restaurant regardless of if you are an investor in the second company. They do even have the courtesy to inform you of what they are using the money for.

Lately they decided to close some restaurants, without any warning or even a notification after the fact.

If you belive that as an investor that you are entitled to have information on your invetsment and that you are certain that your money will be put to good uses, then don't invest in this company as there is a complete lack of respect for the investors

Christopher Sanchez and Patrick Ortiz from Simply Fit Meals steal money from investors. Be aware!

In 2011, Christopher Sanchez and Patrick Ortiz offered us an opportunity to invest and be part of their food store concept, Simply Fit Meals. A concept they had started in Austin TX but decided to close to bring and grow in Dallas.

Not only did I invest and believed in them, but brought other investors to the project to launch these stores. It started with them operating each store individually as opposed to being part of whole business, that was the first sign something shady would come out of these 2 individuals, but we trusted them.

As time progressed and more bad and shady business practices took place, such as taking money from performing stores, which were independent entities owned by different individuals, and spending it in to open or finance new stores owned either by them or other individuals. I may add this was done with no consultation or approval of the different partners of each store.

Since things were simply not progressing the way they were promised and constantly questioning Christoper Sanchez and Patrick Ortiz decisions, we as investors, decided to get out and negotiate our way out so they will return our investment.

As it was to be expected, these shady individuals not only had violated the agreement's clause regarding late payments, they have decidided to close down the stores to avoid continue paying the dues they had committed to pay as per agreement.

Do a bit of research and you will find there are many people they have ripped off.
