I own 2 Chrysler Sebring convertibles, a 2001 and a 2002. Bought from the same dealer. I took my 2001 in for service for several problems, the brakes were out (40,000) the trunk would no longer stay open and would slam down and hit your head and the heater no longer worked. Shocking that a heater would go out on a 3 yr car, given that in Texas we use it for maybe 2 months a yr. The salesman had led me to believe I had an extended warrenty. Not so. They kept my car 8 days. The brake job they "did", didn't fix the problem. No one at the dealership could make a decision. They also don't like giving out managers names, either at the corporate level or the dealership. They tell you to write the CEO. The service manager lied and said they would not charge me for the rental car. They put an unauthorized charge through my CC for $250. I have never been so frustrated with a company and I am a high level sales executive who deals with bad companies all the time
