A free credit reports were offered on line by cic credit monitored service. Free - as defined in the dictionary as having no material costs associated. We received the report - which showed both my husband and I with excellent credit across the board.

In January, when our visa came in there was a $5.00 credit report charge and then another $34.95 credit report charge. We promptly disputed the charges as not legitimate. Now our February bill has arrived from visa and there is another charge of $79.95.

When I went to the web to find a contact for them, I was not surprised to find numbnerous others that have completely a faudulant claim against this company and their deceptive practices.

I spoke to three people at the company, all whom passed me on to someone else until the thrid person. He said his name was Christin # 1703. He then proceeded to put me on hold foe over ten minutes and then cut me off to a dial tone.
I will continue to dispute the charges levied and will not authorize any payment to them.
