I was hired on June 5, 2014 by employment contract over the internet by Cierra Perry of Tan-Logistic on a trial period.  I received the contract which gave me a choice to get paid by paypal, which was my choice.  I worked and received 10 packages over the course of one month, therefore, when my trial was complete, I was owed $2600 for the entire month. Trial period ended today.

$2300 for trial period and $300 for the commissions of 10 boxes. 

I received this email just yesterday stating I had completed the trail period and have not received my payroll thru paypal.    This is the email I received yesterday:

As of today, I have not received my Payroll, Nor have I been contacted by Cierra Perry,  ( if this person even exists.)

I have went forward and submitted a Paypal Invoice to  cierraperry@tan-logistic.net for $2600 and filed a fraud report with Paypal, as they are using the names of Paypal and Western Union as an Authorized payment processor for their services.  I highly suggest anyone who has been scammed by this company to do the same.

Unauthorized activity on your PayPal account

If you notice a transaction that you didn’t authorize, let us know right away through our Resolution Center:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Help.
3. Click Resolution Center.    
4. Click Dispute a Transaction.
5. Select the transaction you want to dispute, and then click Continue.
6. Select “I want to report a transaction that I didn't authorize.”
7. Click Continue.
8. Follow the instructions to finish opening your dispute.

If you can't log in to your PayPal account, call us at 1-888-221-1161.   If you’re calling from outside the U.S. please call 1-402-935-2050.

Unauthorized transactions on your PayPal Debit MasterCard®

If the unauthorized transaction involves your PayPal Debit MasterCard®:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to your Account Overview page and select the transaction details for the transaction you wish to dispute.
3. Follow the instructions provided for disputing the transaction.

Remember, you’re 100% protected against unauthorized transactions sent from your account.

Stolen debit cards

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click My Money under My Profile.
4. Click Update next to PayPal Debit MasterCard in the Debit and credit cards section.
5. Click Report Lost/Stolen in the Card Management section for the debit card.
6. Click Deactivate Now.

Fake PayPal emails or spoof websites

If you received what looks like a fake PayPal email, or you've come across a fake PayPal website, please report it to us by forwarding the original email or URL to spoof@paypal.com. Do not enter any financial or personal information. Do not click on any links or download any attachments.

Items not received or a potential fraudulent seller

If you sent a payment but haven’t received what you paid for, or believe the seller to be fraudulent, you should visit our Resolution Center. We’ve developed several programs to help protect you, and opening a dispute is the first step to help get your problem resolved. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Resolution Center near the top of the page.
3. Click Dispute a Transaction.
4. Select either Item dispute or Unauthorized transaction, depending on the nature of your dispute.
5. Follow the directions.

Cierra Perry Refused to answer my emails all day regarding the payment of my payroll due. Im just glad I didn't give my checking information. It may have also been cleared out before I knew it.

Paypal and Western Union should seek legal action against these people as well as they are representing a company authorized to transfer funds through these entities to transact employment services.
