Cingular Wireless Ripoff! Fraudulent Business Practices Atlanta Georgia

Our Business has used AT&T wireless for several years. We have over one hundred representatives who use their service. Our troubles began upon the merger of AT&T and Cingular Wireless. Cingular Wireless has not provided, as per our contracts, the promised services.

We have wasted hour upon hour with their technical support department to resolve our problems to no avail. In asking Cingular to waive our fees to migrate to another service provider, they have refused. They have also persuaded a number of us to change to Cingular (we thought we already did via the merger).

In the process claiming this would resolve our problems and give us access to the entire Cingular network. I should mention the requirement on our part to obtain new cell phones in making the transition (at our expense). Many of us have incurred the expense to transfer only to find the same service problems as before.

I should also add the service problems are not happening on occasion but with much more frequency than a successful call. All of this has cost our company and representatives many thousands of dollars in lost productivity and efficiency not to mention great embarrassment with our clients and customers.

We have a well documented history of our issues with Cingular Wireless and are considering legal recourse to compensate us for our monetary damages.
