Cingular ripoff cheating and robbing my money Stony Brook Internet

I have been tortured many times by this ugly company. There was some stupid errors on my account and they charged me lots of money. I called them dozens of times, more than 2 times they told me they will file some request and promised me to called me back.

Every time, I have to wait two weeks long. And those people just totally disappeard and never recall my case. And their stupid billing department can't even do some simple calculations, the first time they did not do any adjustments; the second time they adjusted a little, but it's still incorrect. More than that, this faceless company charged me late fees. And I called them just today, the guy who picked up the phone even said there were no notes about my requests!

I'm very suspicous that they simply igore customers' requests right after they put down the phone! They threw our requests in the trash bin! And those people working in customer service are among the most irrespoinsible and inefficent people in this planet! They can forget anything, they can make any mistakes out of your imagination and they can hardly understand you.

I'm going to pay this company anyway, I really don't want to waste my time on this stupid thing. I'm more than angry to write this thing here and hope everybody get out of this company ASAP before getting cheated.

Another thing is now I understand how this company makes money. Whenever you check your minutes, it will be many days delay. During the year I was in Cingular, I paid lots of over charges in more than 6 months. I remember one month, 3 days before the billing cycle ends, I checked my minutes and found more than 200 minutes there, when I got the bill, I found I have more than 100 minutes over charges! In this way, this company is making lots of money which is naked robbing.
