Cingular will try to rip you off! Midland Texas

I was a cingular customer about 2-3 years ago and I got a bill for around $400.00 and I started to look at some of the numbers that were called and received and I didn't know some of these numbers. SO, I called some of them from my moms home and asked the person who they were and I told them who I was and why I was call "because their number was on my cell phone bill", anyway needless to say they didn't know me and for me likewise.

I called cingular and talked to them about it and all I could get from them is "we will look into it and call you back." So I waited for a call back and we they called back all that they could tell me was that the calls came to and from my phone and I have to pay the bill. I told them they couldn't be because I am the only one using the phone.

Anyway, they kept refusing to do anything about the calls, even my mom talked to them. We told them if they weren't going to cut those calls off them they can just cut the phone off and we weren't going to pay them a dime. They cut the phone off and then charged me the shut off fee of $175.00 on top of all the other that wasn't even my fault.

Now my fiance has a plan with them and I use the other phone with it and we moved to TX from AR and just switched to local numbers here and its been like 6 months and they are now saying that we owe them $200.00 and something from the other Arkansas numbers from back in Dec. like it was another account b/c of the numbers and we have never gone without paying any bills for any months that we have had the phones and I told them that we never received any bill or we would have paid it. There is no dealing with them they are like "you owe us no matter what,even if it is something we did" and thats bull sh**! We will soon be switching to a different company and no one that I know will do business with them!
