I unfortunately had business dealings with Mr. Ciotta (doesn't really deserve the Mr. part) on behalf of my boss.  Mr. Ciotta is a con-artist in the highest form.  He will take and take, and say sorry I can't pay you and then file bankruptcy or imply that he's in the process of filing it.  

It was so funny, he wanted to borrow 30,000.00 from my bosses for his business - glad my bosses didn't fall for his line of boloney.  Fortunately I have never had to deal with his wife, he was more then enough in my personal opinion.  

Karma is a hard thing to swallow.  My bosses have had the same business for over 16 years and it's successful because they aren't greedy or con-artists!!  

I feel sorry for the owners of Ciottas.  She was very ill and hospitalized for 5 days and then kept out of work for nearly a month.  While she was out, instead of being loyal, Gina Matson devised a scheme to steal over $8000.00 in a 30 day period. She was arrested, charged, and found guilty of grand theft and scheming to defraud. This is all a matter of public record.  This is the woman that was picketing outside the restaurant. It is 21 months since her arrest and she still has not paid her court ordered restitution. This report was obviously made by someone who was a disgruntled employee who does not have all the facts.
