Circuit City Pushy salesman, false advertising, terrible customer service Jacksonville Florida

Circuit City's salesman are very pushy in selling extended warranty plans, which do not work. I have been a loyal customer of circuit city since its opening. I purchased a laptop computer from them with an extended warranty plan and have been through over one year of hell. My computer still does not work.

I will never purchase another thing or tell anyone I know to purchase from Circuit City. Comp usa told me that they would replace my computer immediately and they are right next door. I would have never purchased an extended warranty if that salesman had not talked me into it.

They should be aware of what they are selling. I will continue writing, every day if necessary untill I have restitution.
