CIS Worldwide ripoff Internet

I bought this service thinking I would be able to find my daughter! When I accessed their website thinking I had unlimited use for one year I found out that I had '6 points'. I used 2 points and got charged for three but had recieved absolutely no information, after 2 hours I gave up and sent them this email

My Daughter was born in Orange County, Florida on 6/19/1982 and resides in Winter Springs, Florida. I seem to have now used 3 points?(unlimited access, HAH) for absolutely no information. After 2 hours searching I have concluded that it's a rip off and as a disabled Veteran I rather fight than roll over which is what I believe thats what you expect! From what I got from your company is my daughter does'nt exist, I have recieved more info from free searches than the nothing from yours! Please refund my money before I bring this issue up with the News ,Local,State and Federal officials.

PS; ALL MY EMAILS HAVE COME BACK WITH GENERIC RESPONSE'S

Hopefully this will prevent other's from getting scammed
