Citi Mortgage Interest, Equity Line, And Insurance Rip Off Scam Gaithersburg Maryland

Citi Mortgage is ripping off it's cutomers with excess interest, equity line fees,and not reporting insurance changes that can cost it's customers thousands of dollars. They tried to charge me additional interest on my monthly payment in addition to two different fees for illimanating my escrow account that I no longer needed. It took two and a half months just to get them to change the insurance information; and it still hasn't been corrected in their files. This alone can cost thousands of dollars in forced insurance charges by Citi Mortgage. They won't even tell you that they placed on your account even when you had the proper insurance in the first place. They will just stick it on there and you will end up paying for two seperate insurance pollocies which is illegal to do.

I have excelent credit, but I would not have if I were not vigilant in checking, and rechecking the things this company was supossed to do with my account.

I am still fighting with them toget the account information correct, and that battle is going to take up a lot of my time. As soon as I can find a better company to deal with,I am going to make that change. I am tired of trying do business withKamlesh,Rajesh,and the Sagar's from India. They are taught to stall information so that Citi Mortgage can steal their customers money.
