CitiMortgage ripoff who should pay for what they have done! St. Louis Missouri

CitiMortgage is a company who should pay for what they have done! They are the worst mortgage company out there! My wife and I have had problems from day one. We got our mortgage and after the first month of living in our house they had us in forclousure, we did not know this one until just a week ago when trying to get away from them. Then about 6 or so months into house ownership, we got a letter stating they have not gotten any of our payments for SIX months and we were going to lose our house. We had to come up with eleven thousand dollars in a week to save it.

We told them we had proof from the bank that our checks we sent them, the money was taken out of our account from them and no longer in our account. They said it was to late for that, and a week is all you have so start packing! This was in the first year. And this happens every year around the same time! For Three Years!

With every complaint on this page why are they still around? And guess what, we are going through this right now! They have hurt my wife and my credit so bad we can't even try to get another mortgage elsewere.

Can anyone help us finr a different company? Is there anything being done about this, any type of lawsuit? Oh yeah, good luck trying to talk to the same person twice, I have called one of god knows how many offices and nobody knows anyone. What type of company is this? You should know sombody in the office you work at, or at the least have a company directry. If there are any lawyers looking to take on a case try to get in touch.
