Citizen's Diability Andrew Youngman no return calls attorney not filing report on time no phone calls for 3 years Waltham MA, Massachusetts

I signed a contract with citizen's disability for a social security disability case. Communication is nearly impossible.No phone calls only a couple form letters.I often called and the person who answered said"we have ateam of lawyers working hard on your case .They wouldn't take your case if they didn't think you had a good chance of winning. Don't worry." Every time I called I got that same answer.I asked to speak to one of the lawyers on my team.I was told they had to email them to get a call back.The call back never came.My lawyer barely spoke at my hearing but assured me she would write the proper letter that the judge said she had a week to return.The letter arrived 2 weeks late and was not entered into evidence.Many many mistakes in my decision.No call to review my case at all.I was not treated as a person but a number.I got sucked into a scam and I pray that no one else falls for this.The biggest regret in my life.
