water bill has went up $35 in 6 months.water company says trash pickup went up but i see on my bill everything has and ive used less water.bill says toledo water minimum $44.34.usage -ccf 12 actual.water company tells me i get charged that even if i use no water. wtf and they wonder why people have no money.greed will be the end of us all
