CITYSEARCH - City Search - Cityseach is being accused of theft and wire fraud Internet

My name is Mike and I am a independant computer consultant helping companies with their computer problems accross the united states.  I was solicited by citysearch back in October of 2008 and I signed up for their Pay Per Click advertising program with a monthly limit of $300 for the the campaign.

Below is from my American Express Account.  I had no results from this company at all.

You can see on 07/26/2009 it went to 66.65 with no results so I sent them an email monday morning to cancel on the 07/27/2009.  As you can see look at the billing jump after the cancellation on 08/26/2009

I am accusing them of theft from their customers clicking on their ads and generating fake internet trafic and wire fraud.

I have already filed a complaint with the FCC against cityseach and also Better Business Bureau in Atlanta GA.

AMEX right now is in dispute with CitySearch over the bogus charges.  I would like to see a class action go against CitySearch for theft against their customer base for theft and wire fraud.
