Clarion Pups Lenore Smathers Lies, cheats and steals! Strattanville Pennsylvania

This place is full of liars! they promised to reimburse me after fostering several litters for them and after they SOLD the puppies they refused to reimburse me. They get thier dogs/pupies for FREE (offering to give them wonderful homes) and then adopt them out with out being fixed, shots or vetted. They charge an outrageous adoption fee and Lenore pockets the cash! The so called dogpark is a field of crap! Lenore atacks people of facebook and post defaming comments slandering them. She has created numerous HATE pages against people she don't like, including Tri-county rescue (cause she does not like thier board members) lenore feels entitled to all the animals in clarion county and does NOT work well with other rescues. She degrades Clarion county Humane Agent (also created a HATE page against her) simply because she is jealous of her and feel entitled-wow what an ego! Lenore is evil, ignorant,mean to the dogs, very aggressive individual and will stop at nothing to get what she wants. Beware of this group and Lenore Smathers as she is a THIEF and a LIAR she will tell you everything you want to hear then denys ever said it. who runs a business like this? who attacks people only posting crap to make them look bad and never posts the truth that would prove her wrong. what kind of person creates hate pages against others for her amusement? This is a very angry sad pathetic individual whom profits from lying to people taking their dogs then selling them. Go to a reputable organization for your next pup/dog and stay clear of this  lunatic!
