If you have ever registered for this website, go back and look under your settings. I'm typically very good about not clicking okay on the automatic renewal on anything I subscribe to, and can't say for certain what I did type in...but I'm 99.9% sure that I would not have done that. With that said, the company re-upped me for a year without permission, and I think based on a few factors, that they either undo your settings, or never give you the option of filling it in and then go in and fill it in themselves.

If you call them, ironically, you get an answering service. On the message, it specificallly states that "if you are upset over an automatic renewal..." which I think says a lot.

All of that goes without saying, that attempts to email people are near futile. You can't sort the info out by sport that someone took part in, which the ads made it seem like you could. So, it's not just that you get reupped without permission, it's like bending you over and probing you with a tool made of irony, because they get you with a service that blows.

You could get better service from a blind surgeon than you would from this company. Colleges and high schools around the nation should be ashamed for associating with such blatant crooks. At least when the colleges scammed you for money, you got a degree to show for it.
