Cleannet USA Inc. Too many to mention Randy Stanek, Mr. Salek Took refunds of about $3,000.00 for work we did & quality at that. Never fullfilled the contract & said we had walkthroughs that counted against our package that we never went to. Very stressful. Lied about vacation people to fill in & haven't had one in 7 years. My understanding Mr. Salek is from the middle east Iran or Iraq. Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

 I spent about $22,000.00 dollars for my franchise.  My husband is on disability & then it caused us to have a mortgage we wouldn't  have at the moment.  Our house was paid for so we bought a 5,000 dollar package.  Were told we did walk throughs we never had.  They never filled my package. These accounts are under bid, but I had to make it work or it would of created a real finacial problem & already had one with the home equity loan we just put against our house.  They took about $3,000.00 back without a notice for a building that took 6 hours X 2 people to service & you could eat off the floor when we were done.  I couldn't believe the stress factor from my husband & cleannet.  It sure was a nightmare to say the least.  Randy Stanek told us they had people to cover for vacations & so we haven't had any for 7 years.  I called about miscalculation of amounts on my 1099 & I was told not to contact any further about this.  I was cursed at by some of the quality control people. Had a huge snow storm & Ron from cleannet said I don't care if you have to put your f'n snow shoes on to get there. It was down in a gully & if I went down in I probably wouldn't make it out & to the rest.  They don't care if you get killed or not. I don't have enough room & time to write down what I was put through.
