I ordered a satellite program from Dan Trif Group Inc. and had to pay through Clickbank. After payment of $49.99 off of a credit card, I tried to download and start the program which offered hundreds of television and radio stations. I could not get anything but a few foreign channels and no radio stations at all.

This has been several months ago and I have been trying to get in touch with Clickbank and Dan Trif Group Inc. up until yesterday. The first time I got in touch with Clickbank the next day or two after ordering the product on a Friday or Saturday and had to wait until Monday, they said they would refund my $49.99 and I am still waiting.

I can not remember the exact date I made this order and there is no date on my receipt that I receive from clickbank. It was done some time in June,2008 before I moved to another county in July,2008.

While going through some old statements in October,2008 to consolidate my bills, I noticed that clickbank never refunded my money so I immediately sent them another email and still have not heard from them. After several attempts to get a response from both Clickbank and the Dan Trif Group Inc. I decided to write this report.
I have done business with clickbank before and had no problems so I assumed they were a reputable company. It would be nice if I can get my $49.99 back as soon as possible. I am on disability and can not afford to "give" anyone my money. I am at home most of the time because of my disability and that is why I wanted to watch different shows on my computer. If there is anyone who can help me get my money back please feel free to email me through Ripoff Report: By Consumers, For Consumers. Thank You

ClickBank Refunds

AUTHOR: Jeff Markham - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 04, 2009

My name is Jeff; I've been an affiliate of ClickBank for quite a few months.

The most probable reason you weren't able to get your money back is the 60-day money back guarantee. ClickBank has a policy to only refund people up to 60 days after the initial purchase.

The best advice I can give you is to read the fine-print of any "terms and conditions" where you enter your credit card/payment information. Occasionally, a few online resellers will slip things in to get more money out of you, and the place to look is in the "terms and conditions" of anything you sign up for.

Good luck in the future,
- Jeff
