ClipCouponsCS.com rip off artist Internet

I applied for a pay day loan from this company.  They didn't give me a decission they said i would get it in my email. I never heard anything from them. so, i didn't think anything else about it.

I got an return check fee from my bank last week.  I haven't wrote any checks so, I called to see what it.  There was an electronic check from www.ClipCouponsCS.com for $19.93.

I called the number listed on the check.  They refuse to give a refund and were very nasty with me.  I asked what service they provided in order to charge me a fee and they hung up on me.
