Captain Chris of Close Combat is a phoney and a thief. Purchased videos and Super Soldier Med for pain.
I got no relief from pain med. and videos were made by a con man. He has no credientials. No military record. Is making a huge profit for instruction that will get you killed. Made several claims that were not supported or explained in videos. He mentioned his friends in State Police but gives no names. If he did they would be charged with fraud. Money back gaurentes are ignored. If it wouldnt cost so much for an attorney the charleton would be made to pay for all this BS.

Hi there folks
I am the one that is going to help you bring down these punks but we need you to do a few things
First of all understand that statute of limitations for defamation and libel is 1 year from the date of the first event in the state where the crime was committed
Fraud is 3 years
Contract fraud is 4-5 years
Next
Make sure that you do not save any passwords on your computer
There could be hacking going on
Take notes of possible coconspirators involved with proof
Make sure that you secure your computers and internet
Go to http://comodo.com and install the free firewall and antivirus and run both scans of your computer for malware
Go to http://grc.com and do a port scan for vulnerabilities
Any emails suspicious that sounds like the person of interest or relevant to them or searching for personal info etc
Do not erase but put in seperate folder and check out the email headers for the originating and last ip address and traceroute it to see where it came from and to fake emails
We need to match the ip addresses of the emails to others to see if its coming from the same places
Comcast ip address is 76.
Try to locate as many victims as possible to prosecute for possible crimes from fraud to harassment and stalking and impersonation and intent and malice, unlawful use of a computer and ISP, etc
Study the laws where the crimes occured at the time
Come also to Facebook and look up Yubin Lydto and the email is ubinconde1@gmail.com if you want to share an email or 2
File with police and FBI IC3 and attorney generals and district attorneies in all states involved
Secure your internet and change your passwords often
Any weird texts take record and report
Look them up on google first before you answer anything and save and take pics and screenshots of evidence
If your account has been hackeed into look to see if you can recover
Yahoo is a week
Facebook is a month
some others are a month etc
computer forensics may be able to get more
Carry pepper spray with you and document everything and report everything
That means if something bad happens
Call the police and file wiith IC3 and crimestoppers
When you go to bed, disconnect your internet
Make a fake profile and email address to communicate rather than with your own emailer
Get as many people in the community and others on the page to talk about the person of interest
So
In Facebook look in your settings and check for notifications in email and login security
Go to youtube and type in how to set up a VPN
Then create a gmail acct with a fake name and then a fake facebook account because you may have to do some intel work to gather evidence for your case and get yourself a calendar for reminders and things to do and events and make a notepad file so you can keep the perps info and study them
Whatever messages you have pertaining to the persons in question, make sure you save them in Notepad or Wordpad and make a seperate folder in your emailer and share correspondence and reports with your trusted friends and victims and people helping, that way everyone is on the same page and can help and continue in case something happens to a victim..
Plus you can look around for your friends to create a sting to get more intel
Make a fake profile and put some pics and make a fake name and hide your friends list and do the notifications
Make sure you also take notes of what kind of people we are dealing with
Their hobbies, their likes and dislikes, their cover pics, what car they drive, clothes they wear, email address, phone numbers, home and business address, ip address, aliases...
Then you develop a profile
That way its easier to put together strategy
Its a big thing going on
Stay safe and block weird phone numbers and email addresses and documentand report them
Get back with us if you need more help or if you want us to do the work which will take under 3 months, deending on the charges and how many people involved etc

I can't speak to this man or his business since have I never heard of him. However you said if lawyers were not so expensive you would make him pay. Well since you are both in New Jersey if he took you for $5000 or less take him to small claims court. It only cost $15 to file and you don't need a lawyer.
