CLUB RITZ I paid for an upstairs V.I.P. section of this club and did not receive the treatment a person who rented a V.I.P. section. They went back on what was specified about what I woudl receive for my party. the owners and the management are ciminals. They take people money and go against what is expected for a v.i.p. section. riverdale, Georgia

I rented the upstairs V.I.P. section of CLUB RITZ on 7490 Old National HWY for my 21st Birthday. I was told that every paying section worth $500 received  accomadations of 20 wristbands and 1 bottle (value of $125). The section worth $1000 dollars which is the one I received is supposed to receive 2 bottles (value of $250) and forty wristbands.

I came to rent the upstairs V.I.P. section on 9/9/09, 3 days before the date of the party. Came back 9/11/09 to put the rest of the money down and my 21st birthday 9/12/09, date of the party. Thsi is when they tried to take back what I was suppose to receive. When I ordered bottles witht he waitress she came back to inform me that I received no bottles. When speaking to one of the owners, he informed me because of the money arrangement paid for the section I was not entitled.

There is no stipulation of the such stated on my contract, was not told to me the day before th eparty when I put the remainder of my money in their hands. One bottle was sent to my V.I.P. section, MOET WHIT STAR (value of $65). My guests had to pay additional money for entry into the club regardless of the fact they had wristbands and was part of a v.i.p. party.

I ordered my own food and ended up paying for rounds of drinks (value of $90). There was no waitress on duty to serve my guests, my guests were walkign downstairs through an overcrowed club to go the bar and order drinks. My table was filthy with empty glasses, dirty plates and napkins as well as my floor. I did not have a reserved sign for my section. They were allowing those without wristabnds enter my V.I.P. section.

I had to request a waitress and a photographer over and over again. It took the waitress 30-45 minutes to come to my section and when she did she took all the remaining food, I had about 70 wings ($40 value) and threw them a way but left dirty glasses on my table. When I came back to my section my guest was complaining about where the food was. I requested the managers over and over, no one came to assist me. The d.j. even kept calling over the mic for the manager, photographer and waitress for me.

When the photographer came 1 hour later after being requested. I paid for two 4x6 pictures for a total of $20. I received my pictures in mix matched photo frames. I complained and they said they were out of the fram in which I requested. Not to mention the lighting of my section was dim and dull.

My special day was ruined by criminals, taking people money and not returning adequate service. I plan to take legal action because I expected to have a great outcoem for the money spent in staed I received service as a perosn who just paid admission to enter the club. I had to deal with stress of my guest being angry, more money being put out. Overall my party was  disaster.

The money put out for this party totaled $750. does it seem like $750 worth of accomdations???

I went back to try and talk with the club owners  yesterday 9/13/09 at about 9:30 p.m. and see if they would try and compensate me for such a bad service, disrespect, etc. Instead I got the total opposite. I spoke to the head manager Larry and he contradicted himself over and over again. He stated the club does not give any bottles for any V.I.P. section and that the reason why I didn' t get mine was because I received a deal for the section. He also stated and admitted that all I received was bad service. He refused to get an owner when I requested one.

A man was inside the club looking into renting a V.I.P. section for the night and he was told that he would receive 2 bottles for the upsatirs V.I.P. section (the one I had rented) and when I asked the manager why he was told that, he retracted and stated "I told him that he might get those bottles" Then he stated that they would receive that as complementary if they purchased bottles. He also stated that when the dorrs open at 9:00 p.m. every gets charged at the door and we witnessed people walking in without paying.

I felt I heard enough and called the police to have a report on file.

When he realized that he had contradicted himself several times and we pointed it out, he had security remove us from the premises.
