Cluff Property management RIP OFF Internet

 These paople are a complete RIP OFF. James Isreal answered a call when I caled to inquire about a house for rent. He then told me that he was showing the house to several people and he would need a holding deposit of 500.00 while he ran a check on my husband and I. We googled them at home and found this website and decided that we did not want to rent from people like them. We gave them the deposit on Sunday and requested it or most of it back on tuesday morning and James Isreal told me "NO". My 500.00 is non refundable! For what reason, he had our $ only two days.

He plans to keep showing this house to people and requesting deposits immediately and will find a way to not give it back. I also read in a complaint on the BBB that they will let you move in and then evict you in order to keep this scam going. Beware of this. Most realty company's only charge the credit check fee in which he made my husband and I pay separately from the 500.00$. He thinks that he has got a way with 500.00 of my $ but not without a fight, and not only that, I plan to stop this madness so that it won't happen to other people.
