I Paid $112 through Paypal for External Hard Drive from Clutchauctions on Ebay. "Buy it now/Please Pay Now" type transaction. Then 2 hours after item was paid for online, eBay canceled the transaction stating seller broke rules. I filed dispute a couple weeks later after waiting , as eBay suggested, to see if Clutchauctions would honor the transaction-- since it had kept the Paypal funds of mine. Then after the 30 day wait period with Paypal, I filed complaint with Paypal and they soon ruled in my favor but could not recover any money from Clutchauctions.
All this time Clutchauctions never responded to any of my or Paypal's inquiries. Oddly my supposed purchase is still itemized on my online Clutchauctions account. I'm disappointed that eBay or other online entities hasn't tried to shut down Clutchauctions for using their company's auspices.
