Superior Court Judge viewed Post 808039 in which an Internet Bully is trying to target Jio Lucci with reckless intent to defame and try to ruin a reputation. Jio Lucci is also a victim of Identity theft in which the "author" of these malicious posts is facing criminal and civil charges in process.  They posted on Rip Report 808039   802931  807254  809015 , several  posts/claims and over 70 posts though out the internet with "malice".  Federal authorities are possibly will get involved due to the posting of personal information and , drivers license and signature of the Victim Jio Lucci. All Search engines, Googggle and several others are also assisting Coach Jio Lucci, Jio Lucci in the removal and deletion of all malicious posts. They have already removed and deleted over 24 posts and many of these sites have put the author on spam.  The Slanderer is facing severe charges and penalties of one who posts on the internet for free or pays companies to post malicious and despicable content.  Several rebuttals have been made. Section 230 Communications Act United States clearly defines this "author" of these posts as ,  Slander.  Section 46   47  48 reckless intent in an attempt to target an individual with malice may be defined as a crime. Jio Lucci is a victim.  Gogggle has attempted to have Rip Report remove all contents, posts, and claims but to no avail.  The search engines hope Rip Report investigates the author who posted this malice and will confirm Coach Jio Lucci is a victim of a Criminal Act.
