This company is a part of Bristol-Ward, and also Farmers Insurance.

Well lucky me,, I got hit by one of their insured drivers right before Christmas (possibly impaired-Phx PD still hasnt said for sure), my car is likely totaled, driver hit 3 other cars and the damages will likely exceed this idiot's policy limit. I called this company the night of the accident, to file a claim and called the adjustor the next day. She seemed annoyed that this happened right before Xmas,, didnt say she was sorry I was hit, or anything, and basically said they probably werent going to do anything until after the first. Well thanks for your compassion, miss.

It took over 3 wks for this company to accept responsibility,,,, finally took possession of my vehicle more than 2 weeks after the accident... repeated phone calls to the adjustor Rachel have gone un-answered,,, they refuse to provide me with a rental even though I told them I only had liability insurance and I am paying out of my pocket for a rental.. no one cares over there. A month after the accident, my car has still not been evaluated for damages.

I retained an attorney to assist me with this since they are blowing me off,,, calls to him werent returned either, as of this posting. I am not going to get what my car is worth,,,, rather than pay us what we deserve, they will only cover what the policy was for, and we're going to have to go after the driver in civil court for the rest. bad customer service is just the beginning- I feel like I am being punished because their driver hit me and 3 other cars,,,, I sill do not know whats going on with vehicle-adjustor will not return calls.

Do not insure with this company as this is how they treat people. I am filing a complaint with the AZ board of insurance and with the higher authorities. This is a typical insurance company-run around BS, dragging their feet, blaming everything on the holidays, and its obvious they don;t want to pay, even though this company has money, according to the assets and information on the Dept of insurance website. This insurance company is why you need to carry full-coverage on your vehicle- being cheap turns out expensive and I have learned the hard way-this insurance company will not take care of accident victims due to their drivers.
