Coast to coast van lines, Roy The grade A rip off moving company Frisco, Texas

I hired Coast to Coast Vanlines to move me from Plano TX to Wichita Falls, TX. When I was speaking to Roy to sign the paperwork he told me I had to pay cash and that everything had to packed. I packed everything I wanted to, but he told me I had to pack everything or he couldn't move it. He neglected to show me the waiver stating they would move stuff that was not packed but they would not be responsible for the damages. I would have signed that waiver but I didn't know about it.

I asked him how much it would be since I had to go to the bank to get the money and he told me $680 over the quoted price. He said they used 2 $110 boxes to pack my stuff but I did not see any of those boxes used. But then he stated "well you better get $100 or $200 over just in case. They of course took thier sweet time loading the truck. They took the boxws from the garage in the back of the house, through the front of the house. And then took matresses from the front of the house through the back of the house.

When we got to Wichita Falls he wanted me to pay before he unloaded the truck. He said it would be $1851. I pointed out to him that I already paid a deposit of $106, he did want to acknowledge that. Then when I was counting out the money to him he turned to my laundry room with the money in his hand and said "you want your washer and dryer in there?" and I saw him take a $100 bill and put it in his pocket. When I confronted him about what I saw of course he denied it. I said turn out your pockets and then low and behold a $100 bill fell to the floor. I paid him what I owed him and they unloaded.

I contacted the company and they said they would "take care of it". Unless you want to be taken advantage and stole from don't use this company.
