IT APPEARS THAT I WAS SCAMMED INTO WORKING ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS FOR THESE PEOPLE ON A CLOUD BASED TELEPHONE SYSTEM AT AN ASSISTED LIVING CENTER IN SANTA CRUZ, CALIF. ON ONE OCCASION I SPENT AROUND 8 HOURS OF MY TIME FIXING DIFFERENT PROBLEMS AND REWIRING DATA LINES WHILE WORKING WITH SCOTT SCHAFER AND JASON SIMPSON. TO DATE I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID A DIME AND AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH WHILE WAITING FOR PAYMENT. THEY, (KEVIN BRINK), HAVE GIVEN ME THE USUAL EXCUSES FOR NON-PAYMENT AND IT NOW APPEARS THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR BUSINESS NAME TO NEXMATRIX TO FURTHER CONFUSE ANYONE TRYING TO COLLELT A DEBT OWED. I BELIEVE THAT THEY FEEL SAFE THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH NOT PAYING THE PARTNERS THAT THEY EMPLOY BECAUSE THEY ARE IN A DIFFERENT STATE THAN ME. I HOPE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT SLEEP KNOWING THAT THEY ARE NOT HONEST HUMAN BEINGS AND I WILL RETRACT ALL I HAVE SAID ABOUT THEM UPON FULL PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT I AM OWED. STEVE

I also worked for Coastal Telecom Services and got ripped off ! Found out Coastal Telecom was bought out by new Owners . I called today and was updated that Kevin Brink is the old owner and was part of NTS .
New owners informed me that they are not responsable for Coastal Telecom old debt !
They gave me the number to contact Kevin Brink 412-420-6388 . tried calling ! found out number has been disconnected !
tried emailing Kevin at kevin.brink@coastaltelecomservices.us and no reply !
another scam in the Telecom contractor business !

Would like to provide clarification that nexMatrix used to handle call flow for Coastal Telecom and we ended that contract several months ago due to non-payment. We are in no way, shape, or form affiliated with Coastal Telecom and do not know the whereabouts of their previous employees. Coastal was never located in Nampa, ID.. that has always been nexMatrix. Please do not slander our businesses' name. We have decided to not do business with them due to their practices. Sorry for your inconveniences, I just had to clear that up.

Update to my original report.. These scammers have scammed many Many subcontractors. They appear to actually be in Pennsylvania, physically, while doing business over the phone and never in person. Now when you call them it is automatically call forwarded to a group that calls themselves NTS or NDS direct or connect or whatnot, however, some of the people that I spoke briefly with sounded a lot like the guys I was scammed by when I was ripped.
