Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Never use this place to purchase prescriptions, my wife has pinched her index finger fom the holes in the lid of the bottle numerous times. They are rude, they are going down. Just do not use them! They will screw you on prescriptions,also!

Fantastic Customer Service, Prompt Attention

After using several other pharmacies in town, we switched to Cody Drug after hearing good things. We have always received amazing service. Staff is prompt, attentive and genuinely concerned. In two years they have never made a single mistake with our orders, nor have we experienced a single negative interaction.
The initial report filed here indicates a problem with a very tiny part of this business's operation. Perhaps the previous reporter could request a different type of bottle? Or ask for advice on proper usage? It also seems that this customer's beef may be with the bottle manufacturer...not Cody Drug.
Additionally, Mr. Cody himself has gone out of his way on at least 3 occassions to take care of my family's medical needs...and did so with a smile on his face and a genuine attitude of concern.
