On 7/10/2012 Atty David Levine conatcted me with an email saying he was a lawyer for a Family owned company that I own a third of.
He had heard I was trying to sell y Stock in the company to my children and my nephews.
He wanted to handle the sale.
After he jerked me around for 3 months I found out he was actually the lawyer for my 2 partners who had already robbed me,my parents and the rest of the family blind.
I fired him and demanded my personal and company records back.
He refuses to give them to me and has used my personal information to have my credit destroyed......my credit report shows me as being "Deceased" and there have credit inquiries done with personal information that only he has.
I have heard other complaints about this guy that are similar.
Stay away from his FRAUD!
