Received  a notice from this collection agency, for a product seen on tv.  Only half was shipped,  full charge, then the next month a full shipment came, again full charge..  All were charged to my credit card.  I phoned the company supposedly trying to collect - La Creme Skin Care, and the agent checked my account.  Said that NO  amount was due, all was paid for and I should ignore the collection notice.  Thankfully I had the credit charges from my bank in front of me, and they matched the company.  Thanks for your site - there should be more like you - Annie, Malabar, FL
