Collision Claims Associates And Richard Hixenbaugh Costs me thousands of dollars and Hixenbaugh works for the insurance company Cummings Georgia

I called Collision Claims Associates in 2008 and spoke with Rosemary and the owner, Richard Hixenbaugh. Mr. Hixenbaugh stated he could complete an appraisal that would help me get a fair settlement from the insurance company. I hired Collision Claims Associates. The appraisal took over two months to receive and they came in approximately $2,000. lower then the insurance company. I received a significantly less settlement from the insurance company due to Mr. Hixenbaugh's report.

When I tried to call him and discuss the settlement he stated he used the same formula as the insurance company and he could not help me further. I paid Collision Claims Associates hundreds of dollars to help me because they stated they could but in reality thier work costs me thousands.

Also, when I went to www.collisionclaims.com I noted on Mr. Hixengaugh's biography it showed his extensive ties with the insurance companies. I will never hire an appraiser again. He mislead me and costs my thousands. I wish i never would have hired Collision Claims Associates.
