Colonial Van Lines Relocation This was the worst moving nightmare ever. Please DON'T use them. They promise everything, but deliver nothing on their customer service. Internet

Colonial van Lines relocation hired best value movers & they left a large antique mirror behind. I found it as I was leaving my home. I called them to tell them & they said they would have to find someone to "pick it up>" I said it was not possible to do that I was leaving Detroit right now to drive across the country. I had to pay Ups almost $300.00 to send it. They are not owning any of their responsibility as the moving brokers I hired. They make excuses & have yo0u talk to someone else. They do not communicate at all. I HIGHLY advise any person considering this company to NOT use them. They have great "lip service" but no customerservice.

I would like to share my moving nightmare with Colonial Van Lines Relocation.  They were incompetent from start to finish.  Colonial Van Lines Relocation is a broker and they hired best price moving & storage.  This company left behind a large mirror to an antique sideboard.  I had sold my house & had to put this piece in my car.  I called Colonial Van Lines Relocation & they said they would have to send someone for a pickup.  I again told them I had sold my home in Detroit and was leaving to drive across country in a few hours.  I told them I had to ship it, they said they had to pick it up.  I shipped the item & they are taking no responsibility in their error.  As I said to them I did not hire best price moving and storage, they did, so I felt it was Colonial Van Lines Relocation's problem to handle.  They kept saying I didn"t give them the a pick up location, and I again said I didn't have one.

This has been ongoing disagreement with them.  Their customer service is awful.  They pay a lot of lip service, and tell you they are there to make your moving experience positive & they will do everything they can.....Except, take responsibility for their lack of service.  I had to pay over $265.00 to ship my mirror, as well as Colonial Van Lines Relocation and best price moving and storage (who asked me for a tip).

Please everyoen do not use Colonial Van Lines Relocation.  They are with a doubt the worst company I have ever used.
