ColonSmart Cleanser is not only unscrupulous, but, their product doesn't even work. They give the public a completely false claim as to what the outcome of their product will achieve. I tried to return my trial bottle within the 15 day period and also cancel any further orders. They started taking out money from my bank in less than 15 days of the trial. Sun Valley California

The ColonSmart Cleanser "Company" is systematically trying to take peoples' money. Their ads are false as well as their claims regarding the products effectiveness. It appears that they are unwilling to talk to any of their customers, or rather former customers. They probably don't even have a real office. Even if they do, they must occupy their time by playing bingo or monopoly as they never pick up the phone. All you get is the recording I have heard at least 30 or so times. They continue to take money out of our bank account, in which my husband is not a happy camper right now, as it comes to around $264.00 that I see they owe me. They keep sending the products to our house which are not opened. I even sent back my empty trial bottle along with other shipments and it was returned to the UPS store I frequent for these past 20 yrs. They called me and said it was returned! I guess the worse thing is, I really had ordered this product believing their undying claims as to the many positive properties this would give you. Their terms and conditions along with the "100% GUARANTEE" is a bunch of h*o-ha!! Am so glad I found ripoff report to exercise my freedom of speech. At least they will listen as opposed to the morons and thieves at Colon Smart Cleanser. Can anyone please tell me what to do. Our bank said we could only cancel or credit/debit card. But that would be a pain in the rear. And we shouldn't have to do that anyway!! Please, someone tell me what to do and I will be glad to do it. This kind of poor, false, conniving and irresponsible handling of business is what makes up a world of mistrust.
