Columbia House ,Canada DVD/Music supplier Scarborough Ontario

I received a phone call on September 16, 2008 from a collection agency: IQOR Canada Ltd., P.O. Box 608, Station B, Willowdale, ON M2K 1P9, 1-866-637-7780 that I supposedly owned $45.77 to Columbia House. I cancelled my membership in 2003 and paid off all and/or any outstanding balance personally and physically vising Customer Service Manager of Columbia House with my wife at 5900 Finch Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario M1B 5X7.

Columbia House proceeded to pass my supposedly closed account since 2003 on to a Collection agency without notifying me. This is a scam and frudulent charge and Columbia House routinely does this.
