comcast xfinity have contract with comcast cable service , but after move to new location with no comcast service had to terminat the contract comcast want me to pay $177.20 for penatly fees atlanta, Georgia

when i sign a 2 year contract wiith comcast agent miss Dana i asked her what happen if i move in the future to a place that comcast have no service to that area do i have to pay early termination fee she say no few month later we move to a new home and we find out that location have no comcast service and we talk to agent dana and she say don't worry i will be ok just return the equipment and say you moved to a area that company have no service months later recevied letter that i have to pay the early termination fees and again talk to agent dana she say she will take care of it but now i receive a collection letter want me to settle the fees agent dana had change her phone number now cannot be reach
