OK comcast has major issues. I have been fighting with them over a year. ok now this new issue started last month. we decided to get rid of it but then my roommates changed thier minds. well it took comcast 3 weeks to finally come out sothey credited us the 3 weeks well 2 weeks ago a storm came thru and knocked out the phone service and they came out and they said they would give us a month's free phone service i was told mybill will only be less then 100 dollars and when i got my bill its 250.16 and that does not sound right. i called and they said they were actually undercharging us im like how is that underchargins us when my bill is usualy 111.00 so do not get comcast people they were rated the number one worst customer service in america. they cant get thier stories straight and gives thier customers the run around. if u want stress free dont use comcast

Comcast bills customers 1 month in advance. The bill you receive is for the services you have yet to receive. I disagree with this practice but this is how comcast has become so profitable. (plus outsourcing call center calls to under paid non-comcast employees)
