I ordered a wood stove in September and was told it will take 2 weeks to deliver. Some time in December the stove showed up. Chuck forgot to order the accessories I paid for. Then the installation of the wood stove was bad. The chimney leaked outside air,. they were asked to start a fire in the wood stove and could not do it.
When the accessories came in 6 weeks later Pete took over and installed it in an hour. The fresh air kit accessory was not installed correct and now pinches off the fresh air intake. The chimney still leaks cold air and they didn't connect the fresh air kit to an outside air source. Now a 3 rd person is calling for final payment.
With each conversation the new representative would NOT acknowledge the past performance and just wanted final payment. I hired an HVAC guy to fix the fresh air intake and I sealed the chimney myself. This is a prime example of "sell it and disappear".
Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Do not hire them, pay anything but deal with a real business person.
