2/19/2010   Phone call of typical nature-website etc. given--state Lic.given  agents lic.given---- Contract reads rent/sale Stardust Vacation Lodge, lake Tahoe, Ca. $1,986.00 I RECORDED the sales info with a Scott Roberts over speaker phone with HIS Permission.--All seemed on the up & up.

Got debit statement from bank--MMmmm exchange rate fee??? Monies went to " 338-6359 Luxembourg-yep somewhere in Germany ?? called em' up - you forgot to mention this and the $25.00 exch. rate or the country. " Corporate Office is there, not to worry, we  are  working for you  here !! "

4/15/2010 " We have a buyer and this is going thru finance will complete by 4/25/2010

5/4/2010 " we gave them an extension as waiting for proof of buyer deposit.

" Michael Scott -Supervisor- we want more info from buyer as they have a home based business & need add'l info---a few days later-- "We have requested add'l deposit of 10 % more.will give to may 31 st."

5/24/10 We called for update- " lyn will check & call back " she did !! " we gave them another extension"

since then 4 to 5 more calls daily and music & " we are busy helping other customers"
