community reading of virginia asking for my card number with expectations of welcome packet and starting services with that information houston, Texas

I received a call from community reading of virginia asking if I would like they're great services, I listen to them and decline they then say well lets send you a welcome packet look it over and decide, I agree they ask for my card number I refuse then he asures me it's not for services just for reference or something like that. A week later I'm missing some cash from my card do a transaction report they give name and number for establishment I call and ask why 40$ was paid to them they the credit will be paid back it is. Afew days later I get a call from them thanking me for my subsciption I say I never subscribed and hang up they call again same thing a few days more they call I tell them to quit calling me I don't want any magazines I have no use for them lady says okay sir just a few questions and welll won't call anymore ,okay , name number that mumbo jumbo, I'm happy for a while. Check my mail and there is a magazine in there and 40$ missing from my card again I cancell my card call them tell them I don't want they're services and never did lady says I got you on recordin giving us you're card number and answering enrollment questions I say hell no beach cancell my subscription then, she says no you agreed to three years service and you're late on you're payments you have to pay that or well report you to creditors and I can't cancell until my subsciption is done she then says I have to pay whole amount if I want to cancell. So far they send me one magazine per month 40$ a magazine is ridiculous I called my card holder and told them to disspute the charges along with a few others and wait ,a as they say it can take awhile for completion I wait no word on mag comp icall them and ask they say I never tried to dispute that and after 90 days they can't dispute claims.
