como en la tv COMOENLATV order placed/have not received, no response from company and when calling the "U S A" number they give you, the person speaks no English , Internet

My complaint, which may or may not be valid is regarding a questionable company that I placed an order with for diet pills, I placed order on 1/23/11, per their website orders usually ship within 24 hrs, the supplies per their address are coming from Miami, Fl same state that I reside which means I should have had supplies no later than the 27th, I went to the website to try and track, order states still processing, I contacted the 1 800 # given (per website you can contact us at sales@comoenlatv.net USA number 1800-738-4122), when I called this # a Spanish speaker comes on the line, I requested English, only to be repeatedly told '' I speak no English" after a few attempts I used the little Spanish I knew and gave order # and asked where my package was, she then hung up on me, I sent an E-mail to the company e-mail given with a complaint giving them 24 hrs to respond before I filed a complaint, I still have not received a response....Also want to point out their website and show a response about my order being placed from a questionable e-mail of frutaplantaslim@hotmail.com
