I have had SEVERAL problems out of my pc. since the 1st day I bought it(which was 1 yr. and 1 mo. before i wrote this).I am a very nice guy and wanted to try to fix it myself before sending it in for repairs,but i couldn't fix as there were problems i just could not fix if my life depended on it.I then contacted compaq and had to basically force them to send me a new monitor after arguing that the glitched screen i was viewing(i troubleshot my brains out) on my monitor was a faulty monitor.

well,after they sent me a new monitor(on prob. my 2nd week of ownership)everything was fine....till about another month later when my d**n graphics card went bad...well,they didnt believe me,LOL...they tried like hell to convince that there was no problem and it was basically in my imagination since it was something they couldnt fix for free.well,then i explained to them that i AM NOT a cp idiot and i know what problems are what(im not a proffessional but i do know a bit about troubleshooting problems)and talked them into sending me another graphics card...

but because of the 2 week mail delay i chose to buy a new one(more advanced)...well,now i have a new and more troublesom problem that they cant seem to help with..i've been talking to them for help for a good four months now and have yet to get a fix let alone a conversation with someone that speaks the same language as me.....i know this seems rather bitchy but if you actually had the problems i've had non-stop for over a yr.youd probally feel the same.They wont offer me any real help,only a bunch of running around the bush and i just hope like hell a good company ends up buying them out and doing something with them that they just cant do,if you or anyone you know has had any problems at all like mine that you report them...it probally wont make them change but by god it may help a future pc buyer make a better choice than a compaq product(Hewlett Pacard is the same company by the way)ty,and good luck
