An individual stating to be with Complete Payment Recovery Services (CPRS) called to collect payment for a local vendor. The CPRS rep had all of the banking and personal information from my account with the vendor, I made the payment with them. After communicating with this vendor I found that they had not retained CPRS to collect this debt. They have not worked with CPRS previously and had no idea who they were or how they had my information.
