Compliance Audit Group Dee Davis Loan modification rip off company Beverly Hills, California

I was contacted by this company. They said they could help me with a loan modification due to my hardship.
After filling out the paperwork, sending them money. I can't get ahold of them as they never answer or return calls.
I checked them out first and everything checked out fine, not sure why that would be as they must have been doing this scam for a while.
I contacted my mortgage company and they said no paperwork has been sent to them to modify the loan. And are threatening foreclosure.
They say repeatedly its no scam-- now I think they protest too much and they totally are.
Am going to pursue legal action to obtain a refund. That was all my savings.
Sad people like this exist. to rip off people that are having hard times.
