Computel On-Demand, Inc. Telecommunications Scammer Altadena California

I hired Robert Newman to do the telecommunications for my business and he failed to deliver. Robert Newman is a complete scammer. He came and installed some cheap phones that barely worked. Then he provided us with the computers and didn't install any programs. When I asked him for certain programs he had no idea what I was talking about. On top of that he put bunch of restrictions on the computers so whenver we needed to do anything we would get locked out. He has some rip off ticketing system which is way overpriced. Every time we got locked out of the computer or needed administrative access we would need to write a ticket to his helpdesk. Then we would wait a week or sometimes 2 weeks for anything to be completed. Robert Newman would never answer his phone and barely replies to emails. It was just too much so we finally dropped him and when we asked for a refund he completely dissapeared on us. To top it all off he was the one that helped with our emails and he changed all the passwords so our employees had no access to those emails. He just went on revenge and really damaged our company. Please do not ever do business with Computel On Demand, Computel Technologies, or any other Computel company this scammer has created. After doing some research on him and his companies, I have realized that Robert Newman is a complete scam. No wonder he had to set up several company names. God knows how many companies he has scammed. Also, he kept changing his phone numbers so I had to go searching online for his contact information and it was a nightmare. This guy says he will do one thing and then goes on and completely changes his mind and does something completely different. Not to mention he has a nasty attitude and an anger problem. Please be aware and do your reasearch and do not deal with Robert Newman and Computel.
